Cancellation policy – MRM Jewellery

You have the right to within 14 days without giving reasons to cancel this contract.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation. before the end of the cancellation period .

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we have all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days to be repaid from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund .

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than within 14 days to return or hand over to us from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you receive the goods. before the expiry of the 14-day period you send.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods , unless the goods are faulty or there has been an incorrect delivery.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a use that was necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. unnecessary handling which is attributable to them.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal exists not in contracts for the supply of:

sealed goods which are sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return , if their seal has been removed after delivery
(e.g. earrings)

exchange

A direct exchange is not possible.
If you would like to receive a different item, you can return the original item as part of the cancellation process and reorder the desired item.
